Naaptol cheating for blackberry flip 8220

Dear sir/Madam, I had order blackberry flip 220. But they sent china phone in blackberry body. Several time I called to naaptol customer care centre they given me complaint no(2666306)and assured me that they will return my consignment within 48hrs. But they are not taking appropriate action.Because when I called today to naaptol customer care centre mr.Hitesh abused me & warn me don"t call here again plz. Take necessary action against naaptol. The person who called me on dtd.07.05.2001 told that he will send me the comment on my email ID which he will send to grahakseva

I am requesting to grahakseva seva to take necessary action against naaptol so that india's people not to be cheated by naaptol

Naaptol - no return policy even if you receive a faulty product. No transparent review system they delete all negative reviews on their products. Guys try to avoid this fraud company I am a victim lost rs. 2500 got a defective low quality product their customer executive simply hung your call.

If you are still plannning to go ahead with naaptol call their customer care and ask to send the link for their 'return policy'.
