No pakka road for the complex more than 4 years old irrespective of paying road tax

Shankeshwar palms is almost 4 years old in dombivli. There is no pakka road from raju nagar to shankeshwar palms. In visit of july 2011 commissioner kdmc has personally seen the road. However the road work which was expected to start after monsoon of 2011 has yet not started. If it is not carried out in may, there will be again a delay in the work for 4 months. Condition will further worsen in rainy season. Now we are in beginning of the month of may. Monsoon is one and half months ahead.
