Jumwap activation in Tata Docomo

This jumwap service is automatically deducting money from my mobile.I had lost 49rs first they told they had deactivated it.But they have cut 49rs again this month and they say I have downloaded a video but I haven't downloaded any video.There are no downloaded videos in my mobile and they are not able to say from where I have downloaded it.Only I am losing money.
