Complaint against hyundai motors india limited

Dear sir, that kindly refer to my hyundai verna diesel car’s vin no. Malcn41vr9m078570, I got my car serviced from your authorized dealer, sewakunj in khanna, punjab. That after couple of days of servicing of vehicle there was some problem in the car which was not before the servicing. Upon recheck with the respective dealer I was being told that there was some decrease in the water level of radiator and was again called for a thorough check. That when I went again for a thorough check they told me that there is a problem with the head of the car and that’s so by our mistake while servicing, they admitted. They also agree to rectify it by changing the head of the car, but all the expenses had to be paid solely by me, when I offended for the charges, the respective dealer’s manager refused to everything he was admitting earlier and was very rude and high, this reaction by such officials is of utmost shame and unacceptable. To which I made a complaint to the respective north and regional offices. That a follow up call came from respective north office after discussion with the dealer, but to no avail, they are still agreeing on what the dealer is saying. That to this I.E. I made a complaint (acknowledgement: 813) to the head office of the company which also though passed through deaf ears, the dealer damaged my car’s rear bumper by ramming it into something, there was and paint was removed (have picture), they stole my car’s headrest, they delivered my car after 8-9 days of repairing and I have to pay 00/- (Twenty one thousand only) for the mistake I have never committed. They also advised me with a very rude, stubborn and high attitude that sir, please go ahead with your complaints, its hardly going to make any difference to us, we have better reach than you have. That I own other brand’s cars also, but never had problems and the service environment is very good and cooperative. I am very much harassed with the above episode and think that it was my life biggest mistake buying such a disgusting brand, which I am going to sell as soon as possible and switch to other better brand. Sewakunj advisor sarabjeet and manmohan both r very rude I totaly agree with u I also face a problem regarding i20 diesel under warranty period
