I employee of reliance communication ltd, on 2012 I had couriered my monthly claims bill to reliance head office situated at kalyani nagar pune through dtdc courier. Consignment no. T41056452 is expected to reach pune office on 19th or 012. The total claims bill amount is around rs.6000/- Main concern is that the monthly claims should reach to our office by 25th of every month. If it doesn't reach on or before 25th on every month claims are not passed by the commercial department of our company, as per there policy and guidelines. But due to dtdc courier mishandling, the courier had not reached till date. On enquiry to local franchisee they are not responding properly and not able to trace to consignment. Also not responding to phone calls.
