Account number 5674 billing address no 08, 44/1a, bannerghatta,,near hyper super market,,near to super market,bangalore,ka,560029 date service started- 30/8/2012 since I bought the connection , from the 10th day it self it started giving me problems . I have made over 20 complains regarding the speed but nothing was done by the customer care. They said they would send an engineer but no one came. The speed of the connection was pathetic. I got around 120kbps for the initial 5gb at the max (the promised speed was around 2mbps) and when the 5 gb got over the speed was reduced to a max 20kbps and an average of 0-12 kbps. I was so disappointed that I told my dad to tell them to get my connection disconnected , on 10/3/2012 my dad submitted the letter to disconnect the connection and made all the due payments . He even asked them if there was any payment left to this they said no! after that I kept getting calls from the customer care saying that they will try to improve but I repeatedly told them I want my connection disconnected . Even after the connection got disconnected , I got a bill on 18/3/2012.I DID not pay heed nor will I pay heed. Then on 19/4/2012 I got a legal notice from tata teleservices saying that I DID not pay the bill amount of 721 so I have 7 days to pay it ,I also have to pay interest and rs.500 as legal charges. Now what kind of a fraud is this. If they don't take this legal notice back , I am dragging them to court and suing them big. I also have other people to back me up , this company is playing around with its customers , these are unfair trade practices .
