Pan card not received : status online : delivered
I, nitya nair, had applied for pan card. Acknowledgement number : 3123 and pan card number : aofpn0347c the pan card was dispatched on 14th september 2011 through blue dart and was claimed to have been delivered on 16th september 011. Waybill number : 2724 but I DID not receive my pan card on this date. When I enquired about it from blue dart I was told that it had been lost in transaction. Later I was told by them that the pan card has been directed back to the tin office I contacted the tin office several times and wrote mails but there was no use. Also when called I was told to fax the complain letter as there net services were down. This has lead to lot of problems. If I don't receive my pan card it might lead to the hold on my salary. Would please request you to help me out.
