I went to singla agencies, to get my hero honda passion serviced. I had a problem of oil leak. The mechanic there told me that certain parts need to changed. I agreed for whatever he asked me for. I paid rs ,100 against job card 11425-03rjc-0412-653 on 012. While going home I realized that my indicators had stopped working, the problem of oil leak was still there. Next day I went back again and had to wait for more than 1 hr before the mechanic attended by worries, and that too in very rude manner. He DID some settings. But a day later to my utmost shock my byke broke down in middle of goin to my office. I realized that its chain has broken. It was very rude shock for me that yesterday I got it serviced and one day later such a broke down. Also the oil leak problem have not yet been rectified. In fact oit seems more after the service. I tried to talk the service center but they are not read to listen. I would like to lodge a complaint in consumer court not just for the monetory amount but also to make realize such service centres that its not easy to fool consumers. Please help me out.
