Sir, my wife bhavana lokesh mavatkar was using a idea mobile no. 2103 for past almost 6 years. I went for porting from idea to uninor on 30th of march 2012 after waiting for 10 long days. I was told that after porting services on my new uninor network will resume immediately. However no incoming or outgoing calls is activated on this no. Neither the number is accepting any recharge. I have made innumerable calls on 121, 198, 001, 007, to nasik road uninor store no.9175200199, lonavala uninor distributer mr.Salim 243, uninor 456, etc., Etc., Etc., Etc., Etc., And many more numbers. But I feel very sad and sorry to say that the uninor company is having no responsibility and care for their customers. Uninor company is the worst ever company I have ever seen. Its customer care is thirdclass or even below that if their is one. If services are not started on my uninor no.9921662103 I will go for police complaint as well for a fraud promise of good service. I have lost rs.30,000 till date and my peace of mind is totally lost. Please do the needful immediately. Thanking you.
