Cache mercantile cheating by credit card

I have been cheated by the said company rep by taking on phone and mobile while talking he managed to get my sbi card information without informing the amount what is going tobe charged debited rs. 99/- From my sbicard 43175750xxxxxxxx on 19th december 2011 (date of transaction on my sbi card). In return this cache mercantile pvt.Ltd DID not send any correspondence with me and no service was given in return to the amount what he charged.Then I asked the company to cancel my deal by phone and also I send the dispute formto sbicards till on today theamount isnot revoked.
