Non-conversion of us64 bond proceeds to uti infrastructure fund in 2008

I am utterly surprised to receive letter dated 2012 from uti infrastructure technology & services ltd., Plot no.3, sector-11, cbd belapur, navi mumbai-400614 regarding not encashing the instrument no.449851196, dated 2008 for rs.41,734/- Being the maturity / Redemption payment of my us64 bond. In this connection, this is to inform that on my request, the net amount of the subject proceeds was converted to uti-infrastructure fund in the year 2008 (ref. Uti communication dated 008) wherein uti confirmed the conversion of redemption (buy back) proceeds of us64 bonds.It is pertinent to mentioned here that after conversion of my us64 bonds (414 bonds) proceeds into utti-infrastructure fund, I have not received any communication I.E. Statement of account etc. From the respective scheme’s registrars.
