My policy no is og-11-2417-6004-00000866,the policy commencement date-13 jan-2011 and policy expiry date-12 jan-2012,I underwent cataract operation on 04 jan-2012, I put up a claim in the serampore maniktala branch by producing all the required medical papers needed for the claim,the amount of my claim was rs 24000(twenty four thousand only).The claim papers were received with signature by mr.Abhishek ghosh rm axix channel on 19 jan-2012.I live in nagaland for my work,whenever I used to ring him up inquiring about it he used to assure me that it is under processing,after one month he said that I am not eligible for the claim as my cataract operation has not come under certain criteria.If this is so why these people don't give all the specific criterias to the customers when they approach them to open up the policy,you people automatically deduct certain amount from our account but when it comes to give the comes to return the claims you show criterias,rules and regulations,hell with your system,train your agents in a proper way so that they may not cheat the customers. I request you kindly take action and provide me my claim money otherwise I will drag you to the court.
