Purported to be a call from irda

I read the name of neha sharma here hence this letter. I had taken three sbi life policies last year. Today I received a call from neha sharma (+91 3367 ) said to be from irda, parashuram building, hyderabad. Stating that 40% of premium paid by me is going to broker. Irda regulated this from 10th sept 2011 to a maximum of 10%. Hence the brokerage already paid will be refunded in 65 days by sbi. In the meanwhile if I take a policy of 5000 from birla life it will be paid back in 90 days. I have to pay only one installment initially to become member of d2c of irda. Then one mr rohith singhania spoke on my land line and gave his mobile no as 177. The hurry he expressed to receive my cheque of ,000 makes me to doubt his credentials. He is to contact me tomorrow ie, 3.12 at 3.00 pm.
