Cache mercantile cheating

I had received a called on 012, by some unknown person( may be representative of cache mercantile) informing me about the scheme of cache mercantile. He gave information of various schemes. When I inquired about the charges and payments, he inform me that this scheme is free for one year and no need to make any payment.The said person had asked me about my credit card number which I gave to him but to my utter surprise, I received a statement from sbi credit card to make payment of rs.6999/- For the transaction with cache mercantile. I feel cheated & misguided by cache mercantile as I had not consented to make any payment to cashe mercantile by sbi credit card.
