Casa bella possession getting delayed by Lodha builder
Hello, I had booked flat in july 2009 in casa bella project from lodha builder. At the time of booking they promised possession by oct2010. In agreement they had mentioned mar2010 and its alread march 2012 but I am still waiting on possession. Its almost three years and I am still waiting. I keep writing to lodha customer care executives but those are all useless. No one gives any productive answer!!! I have been paying pre-emi and already lost arround 1.5lakhs of my hard earned money. I keep asking lodha executives about there escalation hierarchy ut no one is helping. Lodha is charging 18% of penalty if customer fails to pay there demand ontime but there is no such clause which mentions what customer can penalies lodha for delay in project. They lure me on discount offer against full disbursement I thought if possession get delayed I’LL pay principal along with interest rather only interest payment till possession. But now feeling like axed .. they tricked by not showing construction ( only 1 slab completed in year 4th -> 5th) and now I feel I should have opted for part payment as per demand letter.

Boss understand the modus operandi of the Lodha Builder they generate capital by launching a new project which is marketed to the Hill and with this money generated they finish off their earlier project while delaying the present project so brother if going for loan for a Lodha don't invest otherwise go for it as with time the value of the flat will increase and dear remember Lodha should be invested for investment purpose and not living. Well this is a personal opinion after three years of investigation.
