4409.02 amount is transferred from DCM machine to andhra bank account

Dear sir, kindly for your information sir I am swipe in DCM machine two times but single time not getting money then we inform to andhrabank and also give the complaint.Still date my money not refund in my account.Swipe date on 2012 accordingly 10days pass,but no response in my complaint. We would like to request your good self to kindly end, and give the credit back in my account and oblige your kind co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated. Name .
