Paytm failed recharge and refund pending

I made recharges of my mobile on 3-3-12 and -12. Vide order no. 8815 dt- 3-3-12 and 3903 dt- 5-3-12 with rs. 50/- Each. However recharge has failed both time. But refund is still pending from paytm or bank. Please look into the matter and credit my sbi sb a/C with rs, 00/- For both order no.
