Bajaj allianz rejected PF withdrawal

My name is sanjay jariwala. I was wored as a sales manager in bajajallianz life insurance for the 2yrs 9-10 to -11. After resign my job I was appy for my pf & pension withdrawal. But still I am not received my pf fund. One claim has been settled but form 19 has been rejected 2times. My memeber ID no is pupun00340200000071067 : my first claim has received as under claim ID : pupun111000014817 status : claim form 10c for withdrawal benefit against member account no (pupun00340200000071067) has been approved. Payment is under process. But others are rejected as under: status for member ID: pupun00340200000071067 claim ID : pupun110800026927 status : claim form 19 for pf settlement against member account no (pupun00340200000071067) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ Dispatched to address in your claim form. Claim ID : pupun110800026912 status : claim form 19 for pf settlement against member account no (pupun00340200000071067) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ Dispatched to address in your claim form. Presently not received any rejection letter as they are said on phone, and as above. I have also mailing details which I have continues process with hr department of bajajallianz life insurace company ltd. But they does not give any response for that. Pls try to help me my money. As your faithful
