Aadhar card is not received even though status shows dispatched

I have applied for aadhar card on 07-09-2011 at 13:39:04 with enrollment number 1007-60371-25376. But when I checked the status in uidia portal it shows the "card is delivered" but I din't receive any card as such. So whom to approach? or how to get one more card. Could you please help me with procedure to get my aadhar card please reply

my name is mohan rohilla and my aadhar card not provide and very long time to delay my enrolment no is 1007/60371/25376 and date 07/09/2011and time 13:39:04 pm

and father name is surender singh aadhar card enrolment no is1190/90170/02886 date 10/10/2011 time 10:58:09 am and

my sister name is pooja card no 1190/90170/02885 date10/10/2011 time 10:54:05 am and

my mother name is smt shyam lata card no is 1190/90170/02884 time 10:49:17 and

my wife name is preeti card no is 1190/90066/00051 and date 10/10/2011 and time is 12:08:30 pm and

my grand mother name is bhagwan devi card no is 1190/90170/02883 date 10/10/2011 time is 10:42:24 am

please provide my and my family adhar card and please reply to my mail ID

There is no response at customer care. 5 months is over but still didn't get the aadar card. Don't know someone is looking in these matter or not. I think this project is a big failure and just fooling the people. There is no clear system which can work on the issue. They are just capturing the data and not doing anything. When you will call customer care they will say soon you will receive. But when this soon will happen god knows. From last 3 months I am listening the same thing soon. What is this????????????????????????????????????????
