Mts data card not activated
I bought mts data card from connect india on januray 30th. The executive told me that he wil activate in a day. I didnt get any call or followup call from mts or connect india. Till now IM with no connection I took this connection as I want to use that connection in kerala. For a month. No response till now. That device is a useless asset for rs.100. They said it will be activated in 2 days. Nothing happened and they are not lifiting the phone as well. Please look into this asap and IM unable to address this to nodal officer of connectindia.Com. Hello sir I was bought a mts data card and it was working ok but from how many time around six months I did recharge it but now I go for the recharge so shopkeeper and customercare person said to me that it has useless and throw it because I did not recharged from so long time and data card had useless please sir tell me that any way or procedure that my data card is reactivate again because I was paid 1100rs for it. Kindly give me the solution or any help as much as possible.

I purchased a mts mblaze data card on 20th november 2012 from hitesh telecommunications in hinjewadi pune.
While purchasing the data card I was informed by the retailer - mentioned above - that verification process is now a longer affar as trai officials or representatives are verifying all new connection application and it will take at least 7 days for activation.
I really dont know how come trai is getting involved in the verifications itself while it is a regulatory authority and only demands the processes to be carried out rather than doing them itself.
Even today 28th november after 9 days of purchase my connection is not activated and both retailer and mts customer support are blaming each other and trai as well. (Mts customer care has so far not confirmed me about involvement of trai its only the retailer saying so).
I am getting impatient and would like this to resolved and activation of my data card.

mts appears to be a big scam!! I bought the mts datacard on jan 9 and the connection has not yet been activated. The mts rep diwakar ( sarjapur road bangalore mobile no - 9141388325)has not responded to my complaints and has simply directed me to the mts customer care to resolve the issue. The customer care is also not helping me in activation simply asking me to contact the mts rep. So I am just shuttling back and forth between teh mts rep and customer care without any resolution. It appears that I have no other option but to approach the consumer court. My details are as follows :
