I am using idea 3g pre-paid netsetter broadband connection. I use to recharge whenever required. The problem is that I am unable to find either the number of customer care of idea or the code for checking the balance usage. I am complaining about it here just because I think that the company having such a repo should be concerned about the information (or rather lack of information) they put on their website. They should mention how to get support and where to get support in case one needs. I hope somebody hears my voice and clarify their stand...!
