I have applied for duplicate atm on 25,nov.2011 for which fees has already been deducted.But to my surprise even after almost 2 months over I hadn't received my new atm..how irresponsible is ur staff I wonder..also I get the pin of atm but not atm..is this the way of providing services to customers ie. Without atm card what is use of pin no.? In this regard further clarifying that I contacted several times the branch but they didnt help me every time making new kind of excuses very disgusting. So I want quick action in this matter as soon as possible. Thanking you!
