Axis bank atm transaction failure, didn't receive money

On 16apr2011 (saturday) I tried to withdraw rs. ,000 from axis atm machine (kopri branch, thane). I guess the software had some problem and it showed time expired and transaction canceled, but the amount got deducted from my account I had logged a complaint in the complaint book of axis bank at atm centre and complaint number is 1309 or 1389 (not clear in the copy) axis atm details address : 9, saibaba co - op. Hsg. Soc. Opp. Bank of baroda, kopri colony, thane (e), thane, india. Atm machine number : spcnv6124 sbh account details : account holder name : mr. Ravi mirani account no : 3971 we went to axis bank (thane branch), but they said to complain at sbh branch statement details for 16 apr : atm wdl atm 6932 axis bank limited thane (east) mh in amount : rs ,000 I have registered a complaint with axis bank in the complaint book at atm (kopri branch, thane) and also with my branch manager of state bank of hyderabad, seawoods branch, but still no solution as per our communication with sbh, seawoods branch, there system displays "account is debited, but cash wasn't disbursed" as per rbi rules, the money has to be refunded in 10 days after the complain, but I haven't received my money yet. If possible make them pay the fine as well as I have faced lot of problems because of it please help me get this issue resolved thanks & regards amit mirani +91 8884

I also faced on dec 1 2011 I wanted to withdraw rs.1000 from axis bank tollygunje br (ranikuthi location atm) .Cash was not disbursed but my sbi ac was debued of rs.1000

as of now I have not received the refund.

I have sent a mail to axis bank lets see when I get my money back to my ac.

in case of short / Zero cash dispensed at other bank atms complaint can be lodged at the nearest axis bank branch or by calling phonebanking or by writing to the bank at debit.Card@axisbank.Com

as per rbi guidelines axis bank will credit such wrongly debited amounts within a period of 7 working days from the date of the complaint. The bank will pay rs.100/- Per day beyond 7 working days only if the complaint is lodged within 30 days of the date of the transaction

Myself murthy made a transaction in axis bank on 01/08/2012 using uco bank atm card.I tried to with drawl 10 000 rupees but cash was not disbursed but my uco ac was debued of rs.10000

as of now I have not received the refund.
