Dell laptop missing send from Star CJ

Hello, I have ordered one dell laptop (vostro 550) as on 2012 I have received one box on 2012 but laptop was missing only free gifts are received (I.E. Canon printer, logitech mouse, logitech headphone and starcj coupons) but when I have call 4 times to starcj the executives give me diffrent reasons I.E our concern team will call you within one working day. Today after end of second day I have not received any call from starcj regarding missing laptop. Even the helpdesk team fails to tell me how much it will take to resolve the issue. I am really worrying that I have paid amount through credit card to starcj already amount has been deducted from my credit card. But still there is no confirmation from starcj regarding this missing laptop. Regards hemant gade 7647
