Dear sir / Madam, I am writing to complain about the conduct of LIC of india (branch 11s nehru place) in handling serious charges fraud and harassment case registered against them for selling life insurance policy with fake details by their agent ms. Swati arora (agent code 1215911s) followed by constant harassment both by the company and the agent ever since the case have been highlighted. I have been given 2 jeevan anand policies (table 149) this year and they are given to me with false illustration which mentions fake maturity amount information, wrong bonus information. Illustration mentions fab and loyalty bonus also which is not applicable in my policy. I have been given this illustration on the email and in handwriting which serves as a proof of false information given by them for the sake of selling policies. Policy details are mentioned below. Policy no : 4722 holder name : neha chhabra premium amount = 0286 per month I,.E 0592 in six years policy no : 5048 holder name : megha chhabra premium amount = rs 0106 per month I,e 7632 in six years tenure : 6 years for each policy. First and second illustration (at the time of giving policies) states maturity amount rs = 00/- Each policy bonus = rs 60 per thousand. Fab and loyalty bonus is also shown in the illustration. Later come to know from resources that is not given in this tenure. Failed to understand why agent has mentioned when entitled. Third ilustration (after complaint to development officer) maturity amount = rs 9600 (even less than premium given) bonus = rs 34 per thousand. Fab and loyalty bonus are not mentioned. The case have been reported to LIC of india (branch 11s, nehru place) on 16th november followed by written applications submitted on 25th nov 011, 05 dec 011, 07 dec 011, 16 dec 2011 and 23rd december 2011 (all proof attached) since then we are yet to hear from them on this. Couple of responses received has also not been satisfactory with no focus is been given to my queries raised. We have never been contacted by the company to listen to our complaint as well. The case have been registered with irda via their website on www.Irda.Gov.In 1. 17th november 2011 and 2. Escalated again on 22nd november after receiving 1 unclear and unsatisfactory response from mr. Ganesh through their website. (Proof attached) via emails (complaints@irda.Gov.In) on 1. 8th december (2 mails), 11th dec 011, 14th december 011, 16th december and 23rd december respectively. (Proof attached) via phone helpline 732) 1. Everyday but standard reply is received that “it is in process” but no details have been shared with us. We are not sure whether both LIC and irda are actually trying to solve the case because both of them are not responding. Since the problem remains unsolved, I hereby request your supreme authority to please interfere, investigate the matter and 1. Direct LIC to refund premium amount which have been till date in my both policies and compensate for harassment and cheating done to us in which we are not a fault at all. It is very surprising if one hear that govt.Body like LIC is not responding and able to resolve this problems. But it's absolutely true I am also facing such type of problem. But I am directly concern with LIC where their branch manager misbehave with me and also unable to resolve my query and asked to not to enter his cabin because he is the "branch manager" and outside his cabin people are sitting are suppose to talk with customers and not he is suppose to talk with us directly. In front of me he informed to his own "agent" that they should not come here in his cabin with customers and should resolve such complaints or queries outside only. Infact they are unable to provide me the resolution and clarification about the illustration which is kept on their "own" "LIC" website. Its of jeevan saral policy and it's surrender illustration is not having figures appropriate according to me. I asked them to provide me information in this regards but they sent me number of letters since more than 6 months that they had sent query to their higher office / Authorities and had to wait till that time.

LIC is one of the most bother less government body. Once should be very alert and think twice before dealing with second person like agents or first persons like LIC employees. Only agents are not cheaters but their employees are the big cheaters and false committers who will committ you any thing to sale their policy. Be aware of such organisations.
