I recharged my mts mblaze modem with rs.595 unlimited 1x pack on 28th december,2011.The offer says to give a speed of 3.1mbps but the speed is slow that I couldn't submit this online complain from that mts connection.I am unable to open any page any link do anything in internet.It automatically gets disconnected and the pages never opens.Finally I am lodging this complain from other modem asked from my friend.Please help me anyone. The speed is so slow that I am unable to submit this complain.Even after the mts modem being connected the speed is so slow that its home page http:/In.My.Yahoo.Com/Mtsindia?_bc=1 is unable to open. Its just like some one has snatched the money from my hands.Please help.

I have been using mblaze from a month or so and in the begening the speed was ok around 400 kbps but now it is worse it has dropped down drastically from 400 to 3 or 4 kbps and I was promised that I will get a speed of 3.1 mbps when you cant provide 3.1 mbps speed why do you even promise to give and cheat innocent people on 9th of dec I recharged by 490 rs for 3 gb data and the speed has come down to 3 kbps and before when I recharged with 999 then the speed was around 400 kbps that means if we recharge by higher amount then you will give good speed otherwise not right! when I call the customer service they tell me to delete the files from temp folder and recent folder and also from prefetch folder and then disable the windows update and the firewall but nothing increases the speed you idiots my mts no is 8432106934 and my contact no is 9887188438. Lets see if any one contacts me and solves the problem or no.
I just bought an mts dongle some 5 days back....they sales person promised me that I LL get a speed of 3.1 mbps for the first 6gb...and the speed I am getting is around 10kbps.....
