Fraud through phone ivr of sbi credit card

From dt; 23/12/2011 sub : disputed transaction done through my sbi credit card I hold an sbi card for the past 8 years. On 23rd dec, there has been a fraudulent transaction done through my sbi credit card for a sum of rs. 9/-. I received a call on 21st stating that it is a promo from sbi against a compliment card being issued to me. I refused to give them the details stating I was not interested in it. However the fraudsters called me from a no -243 on 22/12/2011 and instited on the promo details and they informed me that they are doing verification for issuance. I refused to give them the details stating my card was not available with me. Subsequently they called me today on 23rd and confirmed the details over the phone. I refused once again and said I will call them from my landline. They confirmed that I would received an sms from sbi which can be taken as evidence of their calling. Subsequent to it I received a confirmation sms from sbi in my mobile – 4019 for one time password. The fraudster called me once again and confirmed the password. And they said I would received my promo card within 10 days and I should give them the code of 3747 to the courier who would deliever the card only based on the code no given. Within 2 minitues of my transaction, I received an sms in my mobile for having done a transaction of rs. 99/- Through ivrcachemercantile pvt L which has not been done by me. I hereby dispute the transaction done and confirm it has not been done by me and I have blocked my card also through phone banking. I request your goodself not to charge for the said transaction in my credit card. Also as the fraudsters are using the database of sbi, kindly check it up immediately and arrest the concerned person and prevent others also. Thanks and regards s lakshmi
