Improper information from LIC credit card customer care

As per communication had, LIC credit card customer care provided the information which is not covered the all criteria. They even don’t know the exact details of interest calculation and emi amt. I swapped the card after twisty consulting LIC credit card representative, if they would have informed above the maximum limit swapped you are not entitled for emi facility then I would newer swap the excess amt and I wouldl not suffer for the huge amt of onetime payment. There communication gap suffer me a lot and my next month arrangement for fund. Please revert
