Yebhi, false airwaybill number

Hello, I placed the following order and have received a false airway bill number for bluedart courier. I have been waiting for 48 hours and every time I call, you guys want me to wait. What is the point if no such waybill number exists (verified with bluedart that no such manifest exists).
