no telecast on my tv set

VEDEOcone d2h cable connection was installed to my home in2 TV sets in March 018. One Tv set is not working from the 2nd day of installation. I have spoken to customers care as well as the person who install at regular intervals of 2 to 3 days .Engineer has visited 6 time to my place but my TV set is not working .It starts when engineer comes and again stop after one hour. Lastly I lodged complaint no 0616 on 10 Apr 018. Till now no one has contacted me. This shows how poor service is given by d2h. Very poor service of this company. I have wasted my money and time both. Request to refund my deposit and take your instrument back. Regards M S MALIK
