Washing machine top loading

I have purchase a new top loading washing machine 9 kg capacity on 26 jan 2018 that was not working properly i complained to samsung service centre they visit but cannot resolve the problem 2 days after the complain continue problem is same. Executive engineers are vising after a long waiting but they cannot handle the problem giving a different statment everybody they are not able to solve the complain. Forcefully they are trying saying to me accept the problem they cannot do it. Thay are also not doing well i am totally flustered from this i am giving complain to my samsung dealer on daily basis but still their is no action taken by the xompany. They are not coming on time to sort out the complain. I recommand to everyone who is watching this complain please do not purchase any product from samsung. They are cheating to their customers. Product is not satisfing the customer but they still not able to return it. They are not giving any option to rwturn the product. I am not satisfry with the samsung.
