network problem of mobile because of that I can not utiliz benefit of services and the company

I use idea sim card for calling I was recharge rs.398 that 3 month

In plan mentioned calling and Internet for 3 month 1gb per dayear

But because of network problem I can not use the benefit of scemeach

I complent the company past few days but service executive not solved my

Problem then I told him to deactivate the plane and refund the amount but

They not solve the problem and not refund the amount please help me

To refund my amount in my bank account

I was complaining last 10 days regularly but no one officer or company care for my problem

They only ignore and past few days company attend my call they take my call to hold

And every day same answer that they check the system and solve the problem I so much disapoint
