I have a HATHWAY BROADBAND connection. I have paid for 1 year plan.
I am using this internet connection for office work which involves continuous calls with remote client.
My internet disconnects every 15 minutes and that disconnects the call.
I have complained about it so many times but no response from them.
I tried to call them on call centre but no response.
this is really really frustrating. I have paid for 1 year and for a very high end plan.
what can i do with this situation?
