I was before 3 day Recharge successfully but channels till not shown balance amt not add.

Dear vediocon d2h team

I iwas recharged on my videocon d2h id 4472 dt17.10.2017 time 12:50 internet banking transaction reference IGACFCFIQ9 but after recharge complete 3 day no any channel see on tv and also after talked witg operator that time few minutes all channel showing but after sometime id is block by videocon d2h due no on my setup box. So than after they want to service charge about no channel seeing but thats n8ot my issue so want usolved it by videocon operator team.
