CCavenues invalid transactions from my Sbi account

There are multiple transaction done in my sbi saving account 7571 which is in main branch , balrampur , uttar pradesh with the name ccavenues, and and billdesk which I have not done,these are online transactions where I don't have even internet user name and password ,sbi bank is trying to find the culprit but it's taking time.I need help to get my money back. Few transactions are. Pos 6932 irctc amt 1635 rs. Date 18/10/2011 pos 4145 billdesk amt 3.10 rs. Dated 18/10/2011 pos 4292 ccavenues sbipg amt 1000rs. Dated 18/10/2011 pos 4368 ccavenues sbipg amt 500 rs. 18/10/2011 pos 8434 ccavenues sbipg amt 418 rs. Dated 18/10/2011 pos 2338 billdesk sbipg amt 1465 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 3286 ccavenues sbipg amt 418 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 3524 ccavenues sbipg amt 1070 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 3719 ccavenues sbipg amt 411 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 9960 ccavenues sbipg amt 500 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 0048 ccavenues sbipg amt 500 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 0171 ccavenues sbipg amt 500 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 0257 ccavenues sbipg amt 500 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 0341 ccavenues sbipg amt 500 rs. Dated 19/10/2011 pos 8453 ccavenues sbipg amt 500 rs. Dated 05/11/2011 thus total amount 3896 rs. Deducted from my a/C . Kindly help me .

Is there no relief for those who have lost so much money? can this type of fraud happen even if the person has never used his atm for online transaction?

in such case customer has to mail us the scan copy of fir and the snapshot of account statement where it shows amount was being debited from the account on care@freecharge.In as bank statement is required for representing your case with the gateway and than we can update you along with the details like mobile number on which recharge was being attempted & I.P address.
