Refund issue against snapdeal.com

I order exide inverter battery with order ID 6110 from snapdeal on 26 june 2017 through creditcard worth 555. Up to 10 july 2017 i didnt receive it so i cancel my order online. After that snapdeal customer care told me that we will refund full payment of 1555 within 6 days of cancellation. After 16 th july 2017 i didnt receive my refund so i contact again for the issue of refund..they told me that your complain is registered with us and complain no.is 096. After that i contact snapdeal care for 35 times but still today 7 th august i didnt receive my money
