signal quality is poor since last three days

Reliance Big TV- My set top box number is 4749

I lost signal and signal quality is poor comes in my reliance set top box even tho its not raining and when I tried to complaint for that in care the customer care executive is always busy i tried several times and I had also suffered from this type of situation before even i changed my set top box once so its not good that every time company take charges from us for this type of complain exempt reliance all provider not take this type of charge from their user reliance really cheats the users
