Freecharge.in money deducted but recharge not done
I have done recharge of rs. 222 on mobile no. 9223 using www.Freecharge.In twice on 21/10/2011 and 24/10/2011 and I DID not receive any recharge on my mobile no. But my money got deducted on both the days which incurred a total loss of rs. 4.00 to me. I mailed them regarding this hoping that they will resolve this issue but they DID not even care of replying my back. Below are the details of my recharge. Recharge on 21/04/2011 : mobile no. 9223 , transaction details: pos 4786 ccavenues sbipg recharge on 24/04/2011 : mobile no. 223, transaction details: pos 6788 ccavenues sbipg please resolve it asap.
