Amount deducted but cash not received from Andhra bank atm

Respected sir, my name is veldi kumaraswamy from karimnagar,andrapradesh. I am a/C holder of state bank of hyderabad (collectorcomplex branch,karimnagar). My account no. 5642 & my atm card # 504435xxxxxxxxxxxxx in state bank of hyderabad. I used to my debit card on date 24/10/2011 at 11:13hrs in andhra bank atm (atm ID : n1336001) and withdraw ,000 rupees from andhra bank atm. But I don,t receive any amount and rs.3000 has been debited from my account . IM trying second time I used to my debit card on date 24/10/2011 at 11:15hrs in andhra bank atm (atm ID : n1336001) and withdraw ,000 rupees from andhra bank atm. But I don,t receive any amount and rs.2000 has been debited from my account. Finally I lost my 5000rs (3000rs+2000rs). Pls help me to retrieve/Recover my hard earned money.Further I state that what ever framed above is true as per best of my knowledge.
