MNP not processed

and I informed abt my quitting. They asked me to pay my unbilled about too.

Then I visited Reliance outlet to pay my unbilled amt and I did on 8th.

But till date my MNP request is completed as saying that we have not received any MNP request.

When Jio says they have send it as soon as you have applied.

On 7th I also applied for my another sim of Uninor to JIO it was done on 10th only and till date you have not done it.

Pl. Help me and do needful in the matter at the earliest.
