My name is Neil Tushar Sarkar and I want to tell that 100 Best Buy Service is a cheater service I have Forwarded the email in which the email I got that I won apple iphone 5 and samsung galaxy grand but when I call your service they r telling that I have not won any of that then also if I not won any of then I want my money back Rs.1600 from 100 BestBuy.This service is a cheater service first they send fake emails to customers leting them to know that they are the winner but they are not the winner and also not returning the money if any customer lost the game and in their website they are writing 100%money back if not selected so I want to tell all the customers don't believe in all this fake websites they are only looting the money from everyone I am also publishing this mail in facebook so people can know how cheater all are you

I had paid Rs 699 (and thus obtained 699 points as credit) while entering a contest in the first week of April 2013. I was told that 100% of the money will be back in the form of credit points which we can use for buying other products.
Now when I am trying to buy using my credits the website (and system) is not allowing me to use 100% of the credit as promised and is allowing only 50% of the credit to be used.
I had complained the same to your customer care executive Sharmistha who promised to get me delivered the 16GB pendrive that I had mentioned her I had wanted to buy.

On one hand you people are charging exorbitant amount as shipping charges which no other e-commerce site charges. And then you deploy unfair means of not allwoing to fully use the credit points to buy things. Its sheer cheating consumers and I would want the pendrive to be delivered to the address registered.
