I purchase BlackBerry mobile after replacement I got celling fan from snapdeal

on date 23-2-2017 I ordered BlackBerry 9720 from snapdeal cost of product is Rs.5300 received item I paid money .after I sent product on date 3-3-2017 for refund item check in quality. in quality check request decline.snapdeal sent my product return in package i got damage celling fan .they are not solving my problem plz help me
