LANDLINE DEAD SINCE 40 DAYS

I am a RELIANCE LANDLINE Broadband user . Since Last 40 days our connection is not working already called many a times to customer care for the same they only reply that the issue is under process will be resolved in 24 hours. Also visited local office at piplod surat they said the staff is on strike.. No Clear solution is provided by the company nor any actions are taken by the company and now sending the mail that your bill "This is to inform you that please pay Rs. 5.22 immediately to enjoy uninterrupted services.."....complain number since 16/02/2017 is 254524417...landline number is .... contact no.9725553844 still no solution and now they asking for the dead landline bill..please take some strike action
