2-3 time within warantee period. They said its ok. On 14/11/2015 i have sumbit my cell ph. to this service centre. They replace me another ph. Q391 on 016. It is also not working properly 2-3 times i again show it to this service centre again they said its ok. On 01/2/2017 i submit my replace ph. to this service centre i also paid rs. 2 0/-. The concern person say that I will get it back within 7 days. But till now 48 days is over yet i have not get back my cell ph. 5 to 6 times i visited this service centre but every time they gave me next date. They not provide me complaint register. They will not pick up the phone when i call. Lastly i wrote a complaint letter but they refuse to accept it. So i sent it registered a.d. so i kindly request you to look into this matter & do the needful.
