Tata sky cheating and making fool to customer

I took the TATA SKY new connection on 18th Feb 017. For first 30 days I got ultra pack, On 14th March I inquired in customer care about 1 year pack. Not to get any problem at last day recharge I did the recharge on 14th March 2017 of .00. my ultra pack 30 days scheme was going on & without my confirmation TATA SKY migrated me to Dhamal mix pack as they saw the balance in my account. Now when I am calling in customer care no body is ready to listen & every time I am getting a new answer from them. Its really frustrating & case of cheating with customer. Kindly HELP.
