I am a customer of reliance Digital/Big TV having smart card no 7173 and I have given one service request for re-location having request no 2825 given on 2017 at 12:43 hrs where they have committed to send the service engineer within 48 hrs but they are failed to send the service engineer till now(successfully completed 144 hrs).
Daily I am calling the customer care and they are requesting to wait for some time where I ma unable to understand the meaning of some time (after 144 hrs) and this is not the first time which happening repeatedly.
Very poor service by Reliance Digital TV.
At the same time there is no follow up from the customer care.
I am very unhappy with the service of Reliance Digital TV.
