I BOUGHT A NEW RELIANCE SIM

ITS GIVE FACILITY FIRST 3 MONTS RECHARGE 149 RS. AND GET ONE MOTH ALL INDIA FREE ANY NETWORK BUT ITS NOT PROVIDE FACILITY ME. SO PLZ SOLVE MY PROBLEM BECAUSE COSTOMER CARE NOT ATTEND CALL MY MOBILE NO. IS 6787
