My PAN is deactivated. No reason given. No grievance accepted becausse PAN deactivated

I went to tax consultant to prepare tax payable amount calculation. He found that my PAN is deactivated. No reason was given. Since the site advised me to contact assessing officer I tried to locate his/her name. But the site refused to give the list because PAN is deactivated. I tried to lodge a grievance. Again no grievance could be lodged because PAN is deactivated. I have checked with my bank and demat provider. I am KYC compliant. So the IT department is giving circular arguments. PAN deactivated meet officer or lodge complaint. No complaint could be lodged because PAN is deactivated. My customers cannot now deduct PAN and deposit to Govt. account. Eventually they will inform me this and may suspend payment
