poor service by IDEA

hello

i have two postpaid connection on my brothers name. the details are as follows

1. name - Rajesh Namdev Gaikwad

2. email id - @gmail.com

3. postpaid nos - 2140 and 6585

i had given application for converting POSTPAID to PREPAID connection on 9th February at Idea office in KOLHAPUR CITY. i had also paid Rs 250 extra with my previous month billing amount. i was told once the postpaid service will get stopped the prepaid service will get started.

But my postpaid service was stopped yesterday morning and till now i have not been provided with prepaid service. i called the helpline numbers no of times but didnt get any responce or update.

after paying extra billing amount and providing concerned documents too i am getting such unsatisfying service by IDEA.

i do not use any other number and i am really helpless since yesterday.

Please get into this matter and help some other people without suffering such humiliation.
