Tata Docomo Portability issue

I tried porting my number sending sms to PORT on 1900 but i was not able to send as i am always getting message sending failed even i am able to send message on some other number when called customer care they said problem is from my side i tried using two other handsets but same issue i am not able to generate port number to give it to other operators the response from customer care i got was pathetic please help me to port my number as i got transferred to other state.

This what you can do what a shame on customer support i already mentioned the steps which i have tried and you guys are saying same thing again if you cant resolve this issue let me know

this is pathetic again got a call and saying same thing. how many times i have to do same thing when PORT message is not working

how many more days i have to wait to get it resolved this is more than a month now and i am not able to port my number and forced to use tata docomo karnataka number in roaming and waste my money i am fed up with your customer care please resolve this ASAP

We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that your request of MNP (Mobile Number Portability) which was registered vide docket number PCM12072123 on 01-02-2017 and the same has been closed stating that we request you to send the SMS PORT MOBILE NUMBER TO 1900.

Finally issue is resolved now PORT sms is working
